Remote Management Install for Endpoint

Hi Teamviewer,

I have a paid for business version of Teamviewer, and support several endpoint who have installed teamviewer without a licence as the remote endpoint will only be used for myself to connect to. One of the remote users has received a message reporting that they have been reported as suspected for business use.

Is this to do with the way it's been installed, I believe they may have ticked for personal use on install, but to be honest I'm not 100%.

Can you advise on the correct way to install a endpoint teamviewer for use in the way I have indicated please, as I want to make sure I have this all done correctly.
