Remote Printing Error Printing on local desktop

Hi,
I have set up TeamViewer printing and gone through all the steps, and even through the troubleshooting steps, but I haven't been able to print anything. My remote desktop will give a message from teamviewer saying the document was succesfully sent but then my local desktop gives an error printing message.
Any suggestions?
