Remote connection cursor does not appear on Mac/OS
I am running Teamviewer 14.1.18533 on my Windows 10 machine and I am remotely accessing an iMac running Teamviewer 13. Connection is fine and I can chat and see the other computer, but my mouse disappears whenever I move it anywhere on the remote desktop. I can see what my customer is doing, opening apps and other things, but I have no control over the remote computer. First time I've experienced this issue. I connect fine to hundreds of other customers and can control their machines. Is there a setting on the remote Teamviewer I should be aware of like "show remote cursor"? Please help. Thank you. For Mac OS devices running Mojave, you need to enable the full remote control in the preferences of the Mac itself.
