Remote control of the devices is not working anymore

I'm not able to remotly connect to my computer or my family devices using my teamviewer anymore.

    Do you receive any error message? What is displayed within the software when you try to establish a connection?

    Thank your for your quick answer, I'm able to connect to my account but not to remotly control my mac using the teamviewer app

    I see the screen but the mouse and keyboard are not working.

    This summer, I had a warning : teamviewer is detecting a commercial use. It's not my case I help my family and a friend (and I don't charge  for that)

  • I'm having the same problem.  The message I get is a connection timeout, with a time when I will be able to reconnect.  But, I hadn't connected in the first place, and when waiting for the time to pass, I get the same message, and a new timeout.

    I, too, was getting the commercial use timeout.  I'm in a similar boat.  I have several machines at home, and one remote, that I connect to via TeamViewer.

  • I have the same issue - I am tryign to fis my mothers macbook air in Germany with my macbook pro in the US - both have TV13

    Which OS is installed on the remote side? 

    For the Commercial Use you have to fill out the following form: 
    https://www.teamviewer.com/en/support/commercial-use-suspected/
