Remote screen zoomed

I use to connect just fine.  Now when I connect it is zoomed in so much i see only a portion of the screen.  like the logon takes up the whole visible screen.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled. and rebooted.

    Thank you for your message.

    I recommend you to play a little bit with the View menu within your remote control toolbar if you can optimize the view of your remote screen.

    Maybe you can adjust the scaling or the resolution...
