Replace existing device NOT impossible (not working). How to remove all my current installed computers. Who to address to do that for me?

Thank you for your message.
In order to remove your activated devices, please follow these steps:
- Connect to your account via the Management Console
- Click on your account name on the top right corner of the window
- Go to Edit profile
- Go to the tab License
Here, you will be able to see and delete your activated devices.
