I have another question you may help me:
I would like to know if can be integrated with external services. For instance: I need to set up a 50 hours assistance carnet and I would like service camp to automatically scale the hours from the carnet once the ticket is closed. Is it possible? I usually sell 25-50 hours assistance and this service would be really helpful and timesaving
