Sign In request failed! The server did not respond. Please try again.

I 've a new mac and I did install teamviewer, but I cannot login, always that error.  Normally I do get a add to trusted devices mail but he doesn't arrive.

How can I force to get this mail ?  I did already uninstall / install, changed password, reset password.  Nothing helps, also I see my pc's via the web portal but I can't connect due to the fact my client can't login.

    Hello tomdc,

    Maybe this is a dumb question but did you install the right teamviewer? if you have a license on teamviewer 11 than you cannot log in in teamviewer 10 or 12 (or otherways)
