Slow over ethernet
I have noticed that the software becomes slow from time to time and realised that i was connected to the other computer over the wireless network. i changed the preferences so that only ethernet connections were allowed and the first time it worked really well. ever since it either fails to connect or is unusably slow. any help on what this may be would be much appreciated, thanks. I am connecting to a pc running windows to from a mac running os x 10.13.6

Thank you for your message.
TeamViewer uses the port 5938 as primary port.
If this is not functional, TeamViewer uses the ports 443 and 80. So make sure these three ports are open.
This should allow the best connection for the use of TeamViewer.
