Sort by date not working

I use TeamViewer File Transfer and Remote Control everyday and up to recently was 100% satisfied. TeamViwer is a great product! But recently, when transferring a file, I am no longer able to sort through my files - by date or by name to find the most recent version. Did something happen on my end? I re-installed the latest version. Is there a pref file I should remove and replace? I am running a Mac OSX El Capitan 10.11.6.

    This absolutely essential feature is not workign since one of the latest updates. What is the ETA to resolving the issue?
