Sound Issue :

When I start remote access with my partner. desktop to desktop (windows10 to windows7)

Mic On -> I can say to my partner in teamviewer but I can't hear my partner's computer sound

Mic disable -> I can hear partner's computer sound clearly! But I can't say to my partner!

 Is it normal?  

If possible,  I want to hear sharing computer sound and communicate with my partner at the same time. 

Plz Help..
