Speaker muted on remote machine

HI there,

I have just started using Teamviewer and am finding it very useful.

I have a remote machine which I keep the teamviewer app running on so I can log in and help that user from time to time.  While we are in a session his audio works fine, but it seems to be muted when I am not connected with him.  

Is there a specific setting to control this?

    I am encountering this situation as well.
    Is there a way to control this behaviour? I don't mind it being muted while i am connected, but it should unmute when the session is over.
