Starting QuickSupport Session without Input or ID from Partner
I am trying to remotely control my 88 year old mother's Android Tablet with QuickSupport to assist her with emails, internet, etc. She is not capable of giving me the ID to start the session. Is there a way to start a TeamViewer session with no input from the remote Partner?
You may try QuickSupport with select the setting of Automatically add users to a group of your Computers & Contacts list. This setting will automatically save and show the status of TeamViewer QuickSupport under your saved group.
