Still logged in but have forgotten password and thus cannot change password

Hi,

I really need help on fixing my issue.  I have forgotten my password thus when I try to change my password from my Teamviewer, it asks for my current password which i have forgotten and I can't change to my new pass.

I tried the "I forgot password" in the teamviewer website. I got the email link to reset my paswd.
So I clicked n the link and keyed in my new paswd, but after that it asks for security code( 6 digits ) I don't have this code as i just changed my phone.

all I have now is the 16 digit backup recovery code.

What can I do now?
