Subscription Renewal Invoice

Hi,

 

Please can someone help me.  I think our subscription has been renewed today as we received a large debit from our credit card.  The problem is we need an invoice for this transaction and as far as I can see there is no invoice that has been received.  What can I do about this?

 

Please I need help ASAP if possible.
