Support from Community and posted topic - can't connect to pc

Your company has one of the worst support sustems I have ever encountered in being in the internet for over 24 years.  You can't find ANYTHING and no one replies.

i use the free version.  For many years, I have been able to connect from my IPhone as well as my IPad. Within the last two weeks, I cannot connect with either.  I have not changed anything about my username/password but it tells me one or the other is incorrect.  I desperately need to have this fixed.

Also, one other comment...I have vision issues and this pale font is almost impossible to read.

Please help!
