TV Quick Support how to identify of users

Hi.

Whet TV Quick Support starts it fills the field YOUR NAME from current windows user account.  But we have a lot of PCs with the same accounts and we need to separate such clients. Is there some method or parameter to do it ?

    Hello 

    Thank you for your message.

    For regular connections, we recommend using the TeamViewer Host.
    In this scenario, you can save the computers individually and give them the alias you wish.

    Alternatively, the user opening the customized QuickSupport has the possibility to edit the display name directly in the QuickSupport window under Your name.

    Change name QS.png
    After editing the name, the user has to press Enter in order to confirm the change.
    The new name will be displayed in the Computers and Contact list of the supporter.
