Team Viewer keeps prompting for VPN login details when it was never set to use one.

So I have firefox configured to connect through a VPN proxy. That's the only app that uses VPN nothing else does. I do not have a global VPN setup on my system.

But TeamViewer for some reason now and then after a reboot will somehow pick up my VPN settings from firefox and prompt for login details.

After hitting cancel several times it will eventually give up and just connect normally.

Why is this happening? I have never told TeamViewer to sue a VPN and I never want it to. How is it getting my VPN details?
