I am trying to deploy the full version of MSI, and cannot get it to activate with our key.

I have exported the key to .reg and tried installing manually with the .reg file in same location as installer - no activation

I have also tried importing the .reg file manually - no activation

What is the process to install the .msi FULL VERSION with our product key so end users do not have to activate their full versions when they launch for the first time.
