TeamViewer Multiple PC

What is the meaning of seats in the buy now page? The session is per account or per PC? 

If we need to have multiple PC being the host, which license model do we need? For example, A, B, C, D, E being the PC host, then F, G, H, I, J as client connect to one of the host PC.
