TeamViewer QuickSupport don't work ,when use static ip

Hello,

I set satic IP [static IP removed] on Android TV Box ,QuickSupport don't work.

But  connect WiFi [IP removed] or dynamic IP [IP removed],it could work.

How can i make it work when setting up static IP[static IP removed]
