TeamViewer Windows Admin Credentials

Hello, 

I'm pretty new to using Teamviewer and I just recently bought a multi-user license, so I can support my small call center. My domain admin credentials don't seem to work when I attempt to connect my user via a QuickSupport Module. It says they're incorrect, even though they're not. I'm trying to make it where my screen doesn't go black every time UAC pops up while I'm supporting them.
