Hi,

it is allwoed to use the chat commercial without license?

Is it enough that only one people of the chat have a commercial license?

    Hi,
    thank you for this update.

    So it is allowed to install the Teamviewer with commercial usage and only with the test license to use the TeamViewer for the chat?

    Are there any restriction for the chat or in the software after the test license periode?

    Thank you for your response.

    For commercial usage you need a license :smileyhappy:

    If you install TeamViewer as commercial use, you will start a trial period. After this period you will received a message, that your trial is expired.

    Please make sure, that you install TeamViewer with the right classification.

    Hi,

    thank you for the feedback.

    We have a commercial license for the TeamViewer, but our customer have no license. Now we want to use the chat from TeamViewer with our customer. So from your answer this was not possible with an installation of the TeamViewer Software.
    Is this correct?
    How can we handle this?
