TeamViewer does not show Monitor options

TeamViewer 14.2.2558 doesn't show Monitors option. I have the  same version on my Home PC and it  works fine when I remote in from work. But the TeamViewer on my work PC doesn't show the "Minitors" option and I would like to see dual monitors.

    Could you please send screenshots of your TeamViewer toolbar that isn´t showing your monitors?

    Hello Alena,

    You want to see the TeamViewer tool bar that doesn't show "View" option, correct?

    I have the same problem. I have tried every kind of possibility but to no avail does an option to extend appear. I can mirror but that is all with no reference to modify viewing.

    No solution to this? 9/16/22 still having same problem. Posting a solution would be helpful.
