TeamViewer no inicia sesion en nueva computadora

Greetings, community.

I have the following problem, I bought a new computer, with Windows 10, I downloaded the last TeamViewer 13, installed normally, when I started the software, I try to login with my email and my password and the application does not nothing, I do not throw an error, or give me any data, absolutely nothing and neither initiates session.

I have uninstalled the application and reinstalled it, I have downloaded previous versions to see if they work, but they have not worked either.
