TeamViewer not working well on Windows 10

Every time I connect to my partner my teamviewer sits there with the little circle going round and round. I'm unable to click on any of their folders to transfer and no directories appear on my PC. There's a message just saying not responding. I'm running Windows 10 and teamviewer 12. Thanks!

    Can you pleas einstall the current version 12 and try it again? Do you also have problems with the nex version?
