TeamViewer quicksupport - which tool to use to connect

maybe a stupid questions: Which tool do I use if my client is using branded TeamViewer quicksupport module? The ID looks different then the ones I use with regular teamviewer.

ID starts with small s - the screen on the customizing page shows a regular ID.  

Is there another tool?

P.S. Problem solved: Issue is related to the user group - switch of the option "add to user group" will display the correct ID.

And you can switch this option off in the Management Console. This article explains the QuickSupport module also a bit and you can see some useful screenshots.
