TeamViewer running but won't log in WITH correct password (confirmed online)

I have Teamviewer (13.1) on iMac (OSX 10.13) running and I can access my account online and click the "connect" button. I then get asked "Do you want to allow this page to open TV" I click "Allow" and it opens my desktop Teamviewer at the login page but won't allow me to log on.

I have tried entering the wrong password and it tells me but when I enter the correct one it does nothing.

Anyone have any ideas please?
