Teamviewer 12.0.077442 not working on Windows 10 version 1703 os build 15063.296

Upgraded to Windows 10 version 1703, OS build 15063.296 and now teamviewer shows "Not responding" when trying to connect to a remote system.

Using Windows 10 Pro.  Previous version 1607 with March 2017 updates worked with no issue.
