Teamviewer Chat window problem (Blank)

We have a problem with some of our agent devices, Chat is blank and can't comunicate with customers

We receive chat on some devices and we can't receive on others although we login with the same account for all agents and receive the same chat notification but when some of them  go to chat sector find it is blank and they can't start comunications with customers
