Teamviewer License does not work

I have a teamviewer license and from Friday the license become free  also when i want to connect to a computer i receive the message below: " Either your license or your partner`s license is blocked" What should i do in this situation ?erorr.jpg

    Can you still connect to other partner?

    If so the problem is caused by your partner. I recommend in this case that your connection partner calls the TeamViewer Sales team to clarify the situation.

    If you cannot connect to other partners as well, you should call our Sales team.

    I have free version on both computers and i am still getting licensing problems.
