Teamviewer Mac Windows

between my friend (Windows) and me (MacBookPro 17inch 2008, OSX 10.9.5) there is error:

TeamViewer Error to Connect To Partner
Message: “Your partner uses a newer version of TeamViewer.
Would you like to update TeamViewer now to establish a connection?”

if click “Update”
error message: “You’re up-to-date!”
TeamViewer: 11.0.90968 is currently the newest version available.”

I see his cursor move on my desktop and he sees my desktop, but I do not get to see his desktop.

    Thanks for your post.

    Which TeamViewer version is your friend using? 

    If you are using TeamViewer 11, just make sure he is using TeamViewer 11 as well. Here you find the links to the download of older version.
