Teamviewer on Amazon EC2 instance

I installed TV on my Amazon EC2  Windows 2012 Server instance. I can now connect to this instance via TV ONLY when I am also connected to the instance via RDC. Following suggestions on posts outside the TV community I did the following:

1. In the Services window on the EC2 instance, in The TV service, I checked the "Allow service to interact with destop" box.

2. In the TV options screen I selected "accept" from the "Incoming LAN connections" dropdown.

These steps didn't fix the problem.
