Teamviewer14 extreme lag

I've been using Teamviewer for a long time on the same machines- using a licence -from the office to my home office machine. It has always worked perfectly. Today its suddenly lagging so badly its unusable. The same machine works fine through RDP. I've uninstalled teamviewer on the remote PC and reinstalled, cleared all browser caches, restarted the client all to no avail.  Remote client is up to date windows 10 - this client is windows 10 -1709. Anything I should look for?

  • I have now uninstalled and reinstalled teamviewer 14 on the local PC and it appears to have fixed the issue
