The customer service of Teamviewer is really bad.

We received an invoice from Teamviewer in August 2018. We paid that invoice 10 days later. For some reason this is not processed correctly at Teamviewer.

We got several reminders that the invoice is not paid. We tried to contact Teamviewer by email and phone. So far without luck.

Today we got the automated message that our account is blocked for usage. Again, no possibility to contact the support department.

Is this the company policy of Teamviewer? Sending invoices, get them paid and block the same customer afterwards?
