The license you tried to activate is already activated on another TeamViewer account.
I have tried to contact support via phone a few days but is unable to get through on the phone.
we have a Business subscription to teamviewer but is unable to find the correct email address where the license have been activated, the old IT manager have left the company and we want to use our teamviewer licenses.
when trying to activate the legacy license in the management console, it states that "The license you tried to activate is already activated on another TeamViewer account." we have tried to reset the passwords to the old IT managers email addresses but it does not seem to be registered in his name..
Can you, based on the license number see which e-mail address is registered to it, so we can reset it and get our licenses back in use.
