Triple cursor displayed

Hi,

Recently I started to experience an unusual issue with my TeamViewer android app in which when I establish a remote connection I see three cursor arrows (one next to each other on my display) with white lines over them. This issue started ever since I connected a second monitor to my PC using the Display Port (motherboard came with it) aside from the standard VGA port on which the first display is connected. I need to have both displays active for work stuff but what seems strange to me is that I only geylt this when logging from my android device. If I connect remotely from my laptop I get the standard one arrow white cursor.

Any ideas?

    Hi Ricky,

    Thank you for your post!

Could you confirm whether the "display remote cursor" feature is activated for your device?

Thanks in advance! We look forward to hearing from you.

    Best,

    Eduardo

  • Hi Eduardo,

"Display Remote Cursor" option is not active.
  • Thank you!

    I have the same issue.

This makes Teamviewer borderline unusable, as the actual 'click point'

is in the middle of the square.  clicking small items is almost impossible.

Here is a screen shot of the problem:

Note this is all the local cursor.  If you 'show remote' the remobte is still unviewable as it is masked by the giant square cursor.

There needs to be a way to do any of:

    1)  not show local cursor

    2) orient the square such that the 'click point' is the top left corner (which makes it usable)

    3) Fix the cursor as it should be.

    4)  Display remote cursor OVER the local corrupt cursor so we can kind of see what we are doing.

The strange thing is this just started happening a couple of days ago,

and neither the android app nor the desktop app updated.

    It's extremely frustrating
