Trying to connect to Elderly Parent's Mac, ID and password are blank
This product has been a godsend in allowing me to help my 94 year old mother in law with her computer. But for the last week when I try to remotely access I get that she is off line. When I talk her through opening up the app she says that the User ID and password fields are blank.
Is there a solution? Should I just have her delete and reinstall the app? I live 1500 miles away so just going over and fixing it isn't a good solution.
I do want to thank the TV folks for allowing free users such as myself. Any help would be appreciated.
