Unable to connect to any computer.

I am unable to connect to any computers suddenly from tramviewer from my home computer. I can't even start a connecton from anyone in my contacts. All I have are presentation and video call. And my partener ID box is unable to be typed in and none of the buttons can be seleceted. Can anyone please help me here. I have no idea what to do.
