Unable to grant accessibility permissions to Teamviewer on a mac

Having an issue getting teamviewer to run on a mac

we run through the steps described in

https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/How-to-control-a-Mac-running-macOS-10-14-Mojave/t...

however, neither teamviewer (nor takecontrol) can be added to the list of allowed apps.
we click the +, select the app, click open, and then nothing happens!

Any ideas? (the account has admin rights and system preferences have been unlocked)

Thanks!

Re: Unable to grant accessibility permissions to Teamviewer on a mac

Hello @ActivateAndrew,

Thank you for your message.

I recommend you to uninstall fully TeamViewer and reinstall it on your device.

You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: How do I uninstall TeamViewer on my Mac?

I hope this could help. If not, do not hesitate to ask your questions here.

Sorry for the late reply.

Cheers,

Jean
