Update the remote end?

I was prompted (forced) to update because v13 was out of date, when I did locally I can no longer connecdt to the remote client to update that machine. Kinda shot myself in the foot but TV left me no other option. Can I update the remote client from using my v14 local client?

I'm on the free version so I would expect not - but gotta ask.
