Users can't move machines

Hi all,
We run an organization with 4 users; a master account and 3 other accounts that we all use to connect to machines across our customer base. All of our machines use Teamviewer 10 to connect, and all machines have Teamviewer 10 host installed on them.
We've noticed an issue where no one except our teamviewer master account can move PC's into other groups, even though they've got full access on that group, and the other groups that have been shared with them - any help?
