Using the Quick Support.exe in VB6 and Windows 8.1

Hi All

I am trying to launch the QuickSupport.exe(Teamviewer 15) from my application.

My Application is written in VB6.

I'm using the Shell command.

When I run QuickSupport.exe from my Application on Windows 10 it launches as expected

But, When I run QuickSupport.exe from my Application on Windows 8.1 it displays the attached message.

If I go to the location of the QuickSupport.exe and double click it it launches fine as well.
