How to enforce video recording and where will the video files be saved?

    Hi @tester_01,

    Thank you for your post.

    If you woud like to start recording video with session, kindly check for the settings please:
    TeamViewer -> Extras -> Options ->  Remote Control -> Remote Control defaults -> Start recording of remote control sessions automatically, tick this option. Once the remote session finishes,  popup window will ask the location to save the video.

    If you would like to enforce the video recording, Policy is the ideal way by login to TeamViewer Management Console, then select Design and Deploy.
