Wake On Lan (WOL)

I've followed everything on getting Wake On Lan set up even enabled it in the bios settings.

I turn off the computer and try to turn it on via WOL and I get this error message.

"The configured neighbors for waking the device up are offline."

Does any one a fix for this please.
