Wake-on-LAN stops working after a certain amount of time

I configured eveeything correctly, ans my computer sleeps every 10 minutes. I can wake it up for a few minutes after it automatically sleeps, but not after a half-hour and beyond. I configured my BIOS, DHCP, static IP, network adapter, firewall, and port forwarding port 9 to the public IP address in the software. I do remember that in the network adapter settings, there was a feature called "turn off Wake-on-LAN" in Hebrew and it was allowed. Does that cause the inability to wake up the computer after a certain amount of time? Please help.
