What is with version 12
1. I am getting very tired of the **bleep** I AM NOT A ROBOT thing everytime I need to login. I shouldn't have to click on 10 different picture everytime I need to login.
2. Why am I getting this **bleep** message all the time?-------We could not verify if your account has been used on this browser before. To sign in on this browser you need to add it to your trusted devices. Please check your inbox for the mail we sent you and follow the provided link.-------
3. Is there a manual for this application? I had an older version that was working just fine until I replaced my laptop and primary PC at home. I don't have time to spend 1/2 day trying to figure things out when you people keep changing how the application functions. I used to just add my computers and setup a password. Note what the device ID was, enter my password and I was connected. Now when you shutoff the primary computer you want to access, restart it the next day and it changes the password everytime to something new. Your program says to check the password on the remote device and enter it on the computer your on. Well unless I'm standing there next to it I won't know what new password is. I'm using 300-3000 miles away from the computer I'm going to access.
If you're wondering about my qualifications I've had 30 years in the computer industry. It appears that Teamviewer is going the way of the mindless people at Apple and Microsoft. Let the users be our beta testers and let them figure out how to use the product. At least Apple and Microsoft take your phone calls. Thanks for wasting 4 hours of my time today to install and look for answers. Which I still don't have.

1. I only experience the "I am not a robot" check boxes on the website, these are an unfortunate necessity these days in the world. The reason for them is to prevent bots and brute force attacks on the system. I am happy to do the check box as I can't stand the ones that give me skewed letters that I have to enter.
2. You receive that message when you attempt to log into your TeamViewer account from a system that is not recognized. It is a security feature that was added last year to make sure that even in the event that your password is compromised, your account is still safe. This is also not an unusual thing these days due to the risk of hacking.

The password changing automatically was also setup to protect your systems due to the prevalence of hacking. You can turn off the random passwords in options > Advanced Or what is more commonly done is go to Options > Security and set a personal password. The Personal Password will not change, and is much easier to remember when you need to log in.
Reading over your questions and such, are you using the Computers and Contacts list to connect to your remote systems or are you using the Management Website? I suspect you are using the website. If so, Give the Computers and Contact list a try. It will save you from the issues listed in number one, and will minimize 2 and 3 if you don't mind setting up personal passwords.
I feel your pain in the ever changing world of software and systems. It can be very painful. I have found TeamViewers interfaces to be pretty standardized and even give the option of keeping the older one or trying the new one as they make chances. The major chances they have made recently have been security minded, and I have welcomed them as they protect me, my systems, and my customers. While they may add a layer of inconvenience for me briefly, the thought of a nare-do-well getting into my account and running amok through my systems or my customers systems given that I like you manage them around the US and abroad. Is a terrifying thought. The minimal and infrequent inconvenience is welcomed by me.
As for your comment about TeamViewer not taking your calls. You are purchasing something from Apple and Microsoft, If you purchase something from TeamViewer, they too will take your call. When I have submitted tickets to them, they have called me back and had the issue resolved the same day.
Lastly, I do not question anyonese qualifications. I work with people who are truckdrivers, up to senior system architects and nearly everything in between. Acceptance and Help is what I offer and provide.
