Whating for the presentation to start

When I have started a presentation my meeting delagates dont see my screen and get the message "whating for the presentation to start" But I see my screen on my computer. Whats wrong? I have a laptop whidth windows 10

    Is this a spontaneous meeting or a planned one?

    In most of these cases it helps to restart the TeamViewer service over the Taskmanager.
