Where do I find support?

Hello!
I am searching and searching on this site but can not find support contact detalails anyware? Yes, there is a phonenumber - but its impossible to get through... so I need to get in contact with support with mail or chat? Or can I leave a ticket somewhere?
I need to get in contact with support to reset our Teamviewer Business Licens. It is used by another mailadress and only support can reset is what I heard.

At the bottom of the support website you can click to the Contact Support button and there you can open a ticket or make a phone call in working hours and days.
