    Hi Pasch,

    Thanks for your post!

You can view who is using a channel on the license by clicking Help>About TeamViewer. You will see a link in the About info box that reads Channel Use.

If a user is using one of the channels, the Channel Use info box will show the TeamViewer ID of the machine that is using the channel. You can  search the ID in the search bar on your computers and contacts list to check if this device is part of your account.

Currently there is not an option to terminate the open session from your side. You can always reach out to your local support center to have the session terminated.

I will submit a feature request to our Product Management team to consider adding the option to terminate open sessions from the Admin console.

    All the best,

    Jonathan

  • Can you request a BAN button that deny access to the channels too?

  • Hi @Jonathan ,

Is there any update on the feature request you did in 2017 ? As an admin, am i still not able to terminate the active session if required ?

    Regards,

    Muhamed
